Experience & Background

Aj Rivosecchi has worked in hospital pharmacy since 2009, holding roles that span both clinical and staffing responsibilities. His leadership experience includes serving as a pharmacy operations manager overseeing 40 pharmacists and technicians, managing drug budgets, and ensuring compliance with USP 797 and 800 standards. He has chaired a major health-systems pharmacy operations finance subcommittee, contributed to the Hazardous Drug Committee and USP 797 Planning Committee, and implemented a diversion program at a 250-bed hospital.

Aj transitioned to Bluesight, where he served as director of clinical solutions and later as product manager of CostCheck, leading it from launch to market adoption. He now oversees the newly launched ShortageCheck and 340BCheck solutions.

Aj earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Pittsburgh.
