Heather Arthur is the Director of Privacy Strategy at Bluesight, where she serves as the Subject Matter Expert for patient privacy and compliance. In this role, she partners with healthcare leaders to strengthen privacy programs, provide actionable insights on investigations, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards. Heather also collaborates with sales and internal teams to position Bluesight’s solutions as key enablers for streamlined workflows and improved compliance outcomes

With more than a decade of experience across healthcare, finance, and telecommunications, including her role as HIPAA Compliance Coordinator at Johns Hopkins Health System, Heather brings deep expertise in privacy, compliance, and customer success. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA from Mount St. Mary’s University.
