HRSA has announced the manufacturer approvals for the 340B Rebate Model Pilot — and the picture is clearer than it’s ever been. Every approved pilot is using Beacon as its portal. For covered entities that have been waiting to know where things land before making decisions, the wait is over.
Here’s where Bluesight stands:
We’re ready on day one.
Bluesight is already a registered Third-Party Support Entity (TPSE) and connected to the Beacon portal. That means we’re ready to begin tracking both MFP-eligible and 340B rebate-eligible claims on your behalf when the pilot goes live January 1, 2027.
We didn’t build toward this after the announcement. We built toward it before it, because we believed the programs would converge on a single claims-based process. They did. The infrastructure was waiting for the confirmation.
What happens next for 340BCheck customers?
As soon as Beacon reconfirms that the process for listing Bluesight as your vendor in Beacon is the same as they announced last year, we’ll begin sending communications for setting that up for existing 340BCheck customers directly. For new customers, it will become a standard part of onboarding.
We’ll keep you updated as that process is confirmed — you won’t need to chase us for next steps.
The compliance foundation is already there.
The rebate workflow doesn’t work without a defensible compliance record underneath it. Every rebate claim you file is a claims-level 340B assertion — and that assertion is only as strong as your eligibility documentation, your Medicaid controls, and your audit history.
Here’s what we know about ours: 100% of 340BCheck customers audited by HRSA in fiscal year 2025 passed with zero adverse findings. That track record is the foundation we’re building the rebate workflow on top of, rather than starting from scratch.
What you can expect from us in 2027.
Starting January 1, Bluesight will support your team with the claims data, submission tracking, and rebate reconciliation infrastructure the pilot requires. We’ll continue rolling out new functionality as the program matures and keep you informed at every step.
The honest truth is that some of this we’ll be learning together — the rebate pilot is new territory for the entire industry. What we can commit to is that we’ll be in it with you from day one, with the infrastructure already in place and the compliance foundation already proven.
The bottom line.
The portal question is answered. The TPSE registration is done. The Beacon connection is live. The compliance track record speaks for itself.
We’re ready. And we’re committed to being the partner you can count on for your 340B rebate operations, from the first claim filed to the last dollar reconciled.
