KitCheck sends inventory changes to Epic Willow over HL7, in real time. Every KitCheck-managed space – including bins, kits, trays, and KitCheck Anywhere locations – appears in Epic Willow as its own cabinet interface, the same way other pharmacy automation systems do.
As inventory is scanned into or out of KitCheck, Epic Willow reflects those changes automatically, giving pharmacy teams one continuously updated view that includes both pharmacy automation and RFID-managed inventory.
One Inventory Picture, Better Decisions
